Main responsibilities:

  • Individual work with airline reservation systems (making reservations, changing reservations)
  • Providing information to clients and passengers in professional quality
  • Oral and written communication with native speakers
  • Informing clients about rules and regulations in air transport
  • E-commerce business, Customer Service

We Require:

  • Fluent knowledge of FRENCH, ENGLISH AND CZECH
  • Very good communication and presentation skills
  • High customer orientation, focus on results
  • Organizational and planning skills
  • Flexibility and loyalty
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Pleasant voice and impeccable pronunciation
